There are many opportunities to become involved in sporting commitments within the College community. During the first two terms of the year, competition sport is available on WEDNESDAY afternoons, affiliated with the Toowoomba Secondary School Sports Association within school hours. This sport enables students to compete against other schools in the region. As well as competition, there are also recreationally based activities. During the final two terms of the year, there are recreational activities available during sport time.
The College is a member of the Toowoomba Secondary School Sport Association and meets its commitments in Swimming, Athletics, Softball, Basketball, Volleyball, Tennis, Touch, Soccer and Netball. St Saviour's College also participates in a large number of extra- curricular sporting competitions.
These include: Saturday Netball, Golden Glove Softball, Friday Night Basketball and Indoor Volleyball. All students are encouraged to be actively involved in the St Saviour's sporting program.
